Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets ETF forms bearish "Downside Breakout" chart pattern

Trading Central has detected a "Downside Breakout" chart pattern formed on Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets ETF (VWO:NYSE). This bearish signal indicates that the stock price may fall from the close of $39.40 to the range of $37.10 - $37.60.
